The Texas Tuition Promise Fund, managed by OFI Private Investments, Inc., is open to enrollment each year from Sept. 1 through Feb. 28 (29 in leap years) and newborns can be enrolled from Sept. 1 to July 31. The Texas Guaranteed Tuition Plan (formerly the Texas Tomorrow Fund) was developed to cover the cost of tomorrow's college tuition and required fees at Texas public colleges and universities. NOTE: This plan is currently closed to new enrollment. Plan participants may view fund information and resources and log onto their accounts 24X7 on the Texas Guaranteed Tuition Plan Web site.
